CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
The day to day running of the trust is over seen by our Chief Executive Officer, who also chairs our monthly Senior Management Team meetings. He operates an open-door policy, where by any member of staff can make an appointment to see him to discuss the general running of the Trust, or any other concerns that they might have.

SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM
The day to day running of our various projects and staff teams is overseen by a team of managers who meet on a bi-monthly basis. They range from ex-prison, probation and social work staff. Our management team have all recently taken part in a Belbin study in order to continually improve the way they manage and operate as a team and on an individual basis.
STAFF
Our staff our integral to the running of Stepping Stones Trust, and in recognition of this they have an input in to the management of the Trust. We hold Staff Away Days twice a year, to enable Trustees, Managers and Staff to improve their personal and professional relationships. These days also provide a platform for staff to question the day to day running of the trust and raise any concerns that they might have directly to the trustees. Away Days are also used to table any future plans and developments and to get staff opinion and comments on them. Project team meetings allow staff to be involved in formulating the way in which policies are implemented including our Christian distinctiveness.
